There's good news in Connecticut tonight.
A federal judge has granted the state's request to block the federal base commission's recommendation to realign the Bradley Air Guard Base.

U.S. District Judge Alfred V. Covello granted a temporary injunction to prevent the commission from including the Bradley realignment in its recommendation to President Bush.
Needless to say, the feds will continue to try to close the only air guard station on the BRAC commission's list. I can't believe this recommendation would've been made if the base had been in Florida.
